In the “FiR Service Insights” series, Henrik Cohnen addresses the question “How can service organizations successfully integrate sustainability?”
The project Green Service Business provides answers along three axes:
- Survey results: Only one-third of companies offer green services independently – verifiability and pricing remain key hurdles.
- Success factors for integration: From top management commitment to digital solutions such as remote services and predictive maintenance.
- Best practice services: Refurbishment, CO₂ calculators, and circular economy models open up new opportunities.
In this Webinar, we give a compact overview of these findings and show how Green Services only strengthen environmental responsibility, but also differentiation and competitive.
This is the fourth event in the webinar series, in which employees of the FIR at the RWTH Aachen explore the possibilities of AI in the service sector.
