Practical digitization: Four EDIH service areas for small and medium-sized enterprises in dialogue
How can small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and public sector organizations be specifically supported in the digital transformation? In this interactive workshop, you will learn how EDIHs offer practical assistance—from technology testing and training opportunities to access to funding and European networks.
Workshop schedule
The workshop begins with a concise keynote speech explaining the role and working methods of EDIHs and presenting their core services. Participants then have the opportunity to contribute their own ideas: in a moderated World Café format, they discuss the following key topics at four themed tables:
- Test before Invest: Try out new technologies risk-free
- Skills & Training: Building digital skills in a targeted manner
- Innovation Ecosystem & Networking: Access to strong networks and partners
- Access to Funding: Ways to obtain financing and funding
Practical examples illustrate how companies and public institutions can benefit from EDIH services. Successful support formats are identified and current needs and challenges are discussed.
