Welcome to AIxIA 2026!

The 7th edition of the Franco-German AI conference will bring together around 250 participants in Strasbourg on the 22nd of October 2026.

Since 2019, the AIxIA Conference has been promoting Franco-German and European cooperation in the fields of AI research, ethics, regulation and innovation. As a key platform, it brings together national and European stakeholders to advance responsible and sustainable AI strategies for business and society.

AIxIA 2026 is organised by DIZ | Digitales Innovationszentrum GmbH and Grand Est Développement. It is carried out as part of EDIH-AICS – European Digital Innovation Hub AI & Cybersecurity in cooperation with the EDIH Grand Est, the de:hub Applied AI Karlsruhe and the Enterprise Europe network.

The focus is not on abstract future scenarios, but on Trusted AI in practice:
– What does AI look like that delivers – not just impresses?
– What is needed for reliable, transparent AI systems?
– How can Germany and France jointly shape a European AI future?
